I love your new header image! I just posted a couple of items on my blog too. http://ebooth-myhamlet.livejournal.com/
Thanks Carolyn!
I actually had this header up a while ago but my computer that has Photoshop on it died recently so I’m forced to reuse some of my older images. I created this image when I posted about Booth at Lincoln’s Second Inauguration: http://boothiebarn.com/2012/05/31/booth-at-lincolns-second-inauguration/
I actually just found that newspaper from 5/20/1865 with the illustration of booth’s body being dumped into the Potomac. I wonder if it is worth anything.
Dustin,
Harper’s Weekly and Frank Leslie’s Illustrated newspapers are often up for sale on eBay and other places. I’m sure you’d be able to find some civil war buff who would want an original copy.
