Description: Dave is one of the narrators for the Surratt Society’s John Wilkes Booth Escape Route Tour. The 12 hour bus tour documents the escape of the assassin through Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. As you are probably well aware, Edwin’s fame and success made him one of the most photographed actors of his day. There are literally hundreds of different photos of him. When I do put up a gallery for him, it will probably merely consist of a select set of photos and then other things that are related to him and his family (as opposed to his lengthy career). In the mean time I would recommend you search the Harvard VIA site for Edwin Booth. It has many digitized images that you can download and should keep you happy for quite some time: http://via.lib.harvard.edu/via/deliver/home
