Bettie P. Rollins, the wife of Port Conway fisherman and businessman, William Rollins. Bettie Rollins recognized Willie Jett when he met up with Booth and Herold at the Port Conway side of the river. When the troops arrived later, Bettie gave them information that led them to Willie Jett, and ultimately, to Booth.
