Dr. Booth remarried on November 6, 1894. His bride was Cora Estelle Mitchell, his first cousin, once removed. She was 30 years his junior. A baby was born shortly after their marriage. They named him Edwin after Joe’s late brother. The child died at the age of 15 months and is buried in the Booth family plot in Green Mount Cemetery.
