Richard Junius Booth was the son of Junius Brutus Booth and his first wife Adelaide. When Richard was older and came to America he discovered that Junius had a second “wife” and children. He informed his mother who then moved to Baltimore, made life a living hell for Mary Ann and her children and eventually divorced Junius.
